Anyone know if this reality show will be back on Ch 5? I know I'm sad, but cannot get BBC or ITV so have to rely on Ch 5, and I do get so engrossed and enraged, really get carried away with it all.

Well I don't remember standing chatting to my neighbour over the hedge on New Year's eve before, it's been so mild.
Don't know what to eat, I might go and spot weld some scrambled egg to a saucepan....

Lol..I've just had a real bull and cow with Mr.S.
He can't cook ( unless it involves a tin opener , frying pan or toast ) but insists on telling me how to cook and standing over me whilst I'm doing it:)

"Do you really need three egg yolks for mayo "?

"I would chop those gherkins not slice them "

"Have you washed those tomatoes "?

Hence I've told him he can whistle if he wants a roast pork dinner tomorrow!
He's now sulking in the front room ...haha.

Evening all, the iphone (like the proverbial cat) came back, but should be in working mode this time, when I get a usb to plug it in with.

Just want to wish all my biddymates, a Happy and Healthy and Wealthy New Year just in case I slide off to bed soon, cold is dreadful now!

Curry now tomorrow due to unforseen circumstances. Mr LL cooked risotto for dinner and he is now watching Pirates of the Bloomin' Caribbean (again).
I am still grumpy and am going to bed shortly. Blow seeing the New Year in!!

Oh he's Ok ..rows don't last long round here .He's got a cigar ( for a treat) and he's just sploshed me some whisky in the jar :)

we are just all settled down. Fireworks weren't nearly as bad as Guy Fawkes/Diwali. I am not particularly sleepy so will surf for a bit.

pah, sat down to watch Jools, lilttle nose pad fell off my glasses, had to stick it back on but the glue tube behaved like a tomato sauce bottle, nothing came out and then everything, so I saw in the new year with my fingers superglued together.

2012 can only be better.

To all my Lovely Friends on here. My NF didn't come and is coming tonight for a real chat. Last night I didn't watch The Full Monty I went up to bed and watched Pirates. 'I wonder why...she asks'... I do find them entertaining as well as Depp being in them.

I'm off today for a walk and a meeting with most of our relations for some fresh air..tell you about it later.

There is a shop going to be open near me so I'm off to get a paper at 9 when they open. It is run by Non-Christians bless them for selling papers.

Morning all...happy new year (again)...very mild, when I opened the window first thing the temperature outside was the same as inside.
Lots of fireworks last night so I watched Lee Mack with the sound up. :o)

Today I'll mostly be lolling I think...I'm going to watch the New Years Day concert from Vienna shortly, I love it.

Oh noo, shaney's a dark stranger now, is she first footing? :o)

Morning all. Settled to sleep just after 1.30, fool with fireworks at two, back to sleep at 3 dog wants out at 4 dogs want breakfast at 8. Just got up, showered and eaten fresh made blueberry pancakes and maple syrup for brunch.....good way to start new year. Going out for papers now, laters all.
