So she is at it again!!
Kate McCann now thinks it was possibly the clothes that her daughter was wearing that led to her kidnap....according to The Sun.....I know, I know not the most reliable of sources, but please.........
It is about time that this woman faced up to her part in this tragic affair.

And so do I agree with Cazz on this......
horrific and how many of us have left our children alone for a few minutes from time to time, for whatever reason - and don't give me the santamonious holier than though claptrap as I bet most of us have. And we also can be in our houses, but does that mean we know where the blessed sproglets are and what they are up to.....
I am not saying that we have done it for an hour or even condone that - personally I have never done that or even close, however kidnap, or a major incident, can take place in a few minutes and not necessarily an hour - that is the frightening thing.

The law does not set a minimum age at which children can be left alone. However, it is an offence to leave a child alone when doing so puts him or her at risk.
Is this the same in Portugal?
Surely all parents at some time have left their offspring unattended even for a matter of minutes.
The husband has come to terms with the situation and has moved on...the mother hasn't.

They will live with what happened that night for ever,I can only imagine the hell they go through everyday, not knowing what has happened to your child must be the worst thing. Am sure the guilt will never leave them. I often think about this little girl and pray she is found safe and well and reunited with her parent's,not sure it will ever happen though.
There is a strange brown stain unaccounted for.....too late for DNA test. If we feel sick Kate's pain must be torture.

There's a major difference between being sympathetic and from being apologists for negligence which i would call abandonment.

Interesting reading which leaves me in no doubt they were too busy drinking to bother with their children.Leaving a door unlocked so a 3 year old could evacuate baby twins ?Im sure we would all do the same thing. Wouldnt we ?

The clear view of the apartment from the bar at night. You would need infra red binoculars or even night vision goggles.I suppose people place differnet values on their childrens safety. Some children here are playing in the streets alone well after dark. And theyre around 6 or 7.

I can't believe how spiteful some of these replies are. Either they have not got children of their own, or they honestly believe they have never left their children at risk themselves. Either way this woman has lost a child which is bad enough, but also has to live with having made a mistake, which any one of us with children will have made at some time or another. To have to listen to this vitriolic bile as well is cruel beyond my understanding.
