Sorry, no link.
When they crack down on mobile phone use in cars which is illegal, I'll give it some serious thought.
(Ok mobile's with ear phones or whatever they are called is allowed)

Total intrusion into your privacy, if it happens what next? I agree you shouldn't smoke in the vicinity of children, but you should have free will.
I will not allow people to smoke in my house (or car), they know and have the choice, however I would be totaly against a ban on people smoking in houses.
What is happening to this country.

I agree 100% with cazzz......why should children put up with their parents smoke?
I have nothing against smoking at all and if you wanna smoke....smoke, but at the right and safe times.
Smoking in cars can be dangerous if you drop the damn thing and panic.....could cause a serious accident and know people it has happened too who, fortunately, got out alive......as well as not jeopardising other drivers and pedestrians.
I have never smoked, apart from the occassional celebratery cigar at special times, and have never been a heavy drinker too...just socially on occasion and in moderation......losing my driving licence would seriously hinder my work.
