One of the most obvious of these is Irish culture. We celebrate St. Patricks day even though he is not our patron saint. Irish themed pubs are everywhere, our music charts are full of Irish bands and singers. We even let them on our telly.
And the man campaigning against attacks on Britishness from immigrant parents, and from the country that has mostly inflicting its culture on us.

“sp also says “How dare anyone dispute his Englishness” well I’m afraid to say I must dispute that fact, he may be British but he is not English, just the same as a white person of English parents, born in Mumbai would not be Indian, or likewise a white person born in Kingston would also not be Jamaican, Chris Eubank tried to take himself off as the perfect English gent, by dressing as the stereotype Englishman but that also did not make him English..”

I was referring about the police imposed ban on walking the selected route, which was previous to the event that lead to those being arrested.

The Irish influence has not been inflicted, we have willingly taken it. Like we willingly take other thinks from other cultures. The British love Asian food, I believe there are something like 30,000 Indian restaurants/takeaways in the UK. We take from many pots but our British culture is still strong and robust.

Yes, aog, I have answered your question about who causes the violence. It's the Muslims and their supporters. Now, what's the answer to the question? Would you have objected to the 1936 Public Order Act because it was not Mosley and the British Union of Fascists who started the violence ? If no, on what principle do you object to the current law being enforced?
