Why after 51 years of screening 'Doctor Who' was there any need to include a Lesbian scene in the first place?

I don't know, I'm not a lesbian, it is the BBC and others that consider it so, wouldn't have been any trouble if it had been carried out in the usual 'kiss of life' fashion, if that is what it was, just a transfer of oxygen.

Well, if by cutting the scene it has prevented half of Asia rushing off to marry a lizard then it's not a bad thing.

I saw it simply as a part of the plot and didn't bat an eyelid, pity the rest of this planet aren't allowed to make their own minds up but need censors to do it for them.

If you have not watched the show, and are ignorant of it's content, it would make so much sense to view it on BBC iPlayer to educate yourself first.

As you have made a mistake (the same one that Peter Tatchell and the Daily Mail have), I would suggest you watch the episode - otherwise you risk making yourself look foolish.
