vetuste_ennemi...I will answer your question ( 16:16)...my apologies that I haven't done earlier, but Saturday is a long day in work for me.
All of which you have said about Islam may undoubtedly true, at least for some Muslims, but you make the classic mistake of lumping all Muslims together and tarring them all with same brush.
I am old enough to remember the backlash against Catholics in particular and the Irish in general, in Birmingham, after the Pub bombings 30 years ago this month, because the same generalisations were made against people from background. Because we were Catholics and from a Northern Ireland family, we were supposed to have the same opinions and motives about terrorism as the IRA. These opinions were patently untrue and it was extremely ignorant and offensive to say so. The same mistake is now being made with Muslims.
Muslims comprise less than 5% of the British population, according to the latest information provided by the 2011 Census. And yet they seem to account for nearly 100% of our problems according to some. I have close Hindu friends and they are now being treated with the same hate and fear as Muslims, just because they look similar. They are even being called P***s, despite this being a ludicrous accusation.
Lets be quite clear about "Britain First". They are just the latest in a long and sorry manifestation of organised racism in Britain today. Moseley blamed the Jews for everything. John Tyndale blamed the Afro-Caribbeans, and now the BNP, BF, and others, even more extreme, are playing the race card by blaming the Muslims for everything.
If you and others are incapable of seeing through the cuddly smokescreen of pictures of the Queen and Armed Forces and the Union Flag, which BF and the BNP is want to scatter its loathsome literature with, then I suggest you look a little closer and with more interlectual vigour. Both BF and the BNP offer no way forward, only scapegoat politics.
