Britain First - Paul Golding

Appears at court today but what of the charges he faces? The 'uniform' charge is bizarre to say the least. Short video in the link where Golding outlines the situation.

mikey, the mosque is being built on a car park adjacent to the station, which is a key commuting point for workers in London. as well as the loss of that facility, the local council has arranged a deal with the train company for the mosque to block-buy nearly 80 spaces in their own car park. thus aside from the disruption of the building work itself, the resultant...

All of you that don't think the the BNP and BF are not ultra right wing, fascist and racists parties, need to get your heads out of the sand.
Golding is a former Member of the BNP, and ran their call centre in Belfast. Is anybody seriously supporting the BNP on here today ? BF also describes itself as a Christian organisation. So I suppose they are a bit like the Salvation Army then I take it ?
We need more people like ichkeria's Aunty here, who was at first taken in by the cosy images of the Royal Family and our brave boys and girls in the Armed Forces that BF like to scatter all over their website and literature, but has now realised that she had been hoodwinked by racists and fascists.
This lot are not like the EDL, who are no more than a uneducated, drunken rabble...they are partaking in our political life and are fielding a candidate in the forthcoming by-election in Rochester and Strood, where I can confidently predict that they will loose...overwhelmingly.

naomi24 - "Mikey, the fellow this man has outed is an enemy of this country and wants you and me dead – and you’re pleased he’s in court because you think he’s a racist. Get real for goodness sake!!"
But I don;t want a self-rigtheous fascist 'outing' people for his own self-aggrandisement thank you - I prefer to leave illegal activities to the police to handle. They are trained in what they are doing, and can exercise due legal protest.
All people like Mr Golding can do is shout and point, based on 'evidence', and wait for the vigilantes to arrive and do their worst.
The notion of 'outing' people is the behaviour of people with too much time ands too much self-rigtheousness on their hands.. It's nasty and should not be encouraged.

He is charged with harassing a woman in her own home.
The woman is not the male "terrorist" he was looking to "expose".
Since the "terrorist" was already known to the authorities, it seems that his problem is that he does not like the way the authorities are dealing with it and he would prefer to take matters into his own hands. Most people would let the law take its course, but not Mr Golding it would seem.

Thank you for explaining.
So in summary, Paul Golding is exposing someone who has not had a chance to clear his name via judicial means, and is not being afforded the principle of 'innocent until proven guilty'.
I think that's a little dangerous, because what you're describing is a situation where we have trial by media...or even worse, trial by Internet.
I agree with you that the uniform charge is extremely odd, but the general principle that you should not be able to enter someone else's home and harass them is a good one.
Throw that out of the window and anarchy ensues.

You are kidding ....right?
Sweeping statement, what about the peadophiles who have been recently 'outed'?"
I am absolutely not kidding.
The notion that any blow-hard takes it into his head to 'out' someone who he decides is a criminal, regardless of niceities like proper evidence, a fair trial, due process, that sort of thing, and then sits back while people firebomb this person's house, or terrify their family ...
that is not acceptable.
I don't dispute that some of the people who are 'outed' by these pompous numpties may be found guilty in law - but that is coincidence, and it is not a basis for acceptable behariour.
