I seem to recall several unfortunate young British children requiring life saving ops/treatment in this country. Charities were set up in order to send them to the USA for treatment. The NHS didn't afford or couldn't afford the treatment they required so they were sent to a far richer nation than ourselves for necessary treatment so they might live. Why should we accept nationals from what , once, was the most richest country in the world to put further pressure on our NHS for non life threatening treatment.
We owe this person nothing. Why choose the UK? Why not Germany ,France, Spain. Because you would have to pay that is why. This person is taking the mickey. Why doesn't he go to Iran if that is were, it appears, this type of unnecessary life-saving operation is readily offered. Oh no. Perhaps that costs as well!!

A "troll" by my understanding is someone who -for their own ends- infiltrates online forums with the express intent of (for want of better words) shít stirring.
That is NOT what my intention is, I just refuse to sit back and read the extremist rantings of the inhumane. I don't claim any moral high ground, I just react to what I see as inhumane, if I'm wrong I'm wrong.

I have always marveled at the exploits of two certain ladies. If what they relate is actual fact and not fairy tale ,La La land fiction then, by rights, they should be either deceased or perhaps not at liberty. They seem to be able to dream up so much misery, misfortune and misdeeds that they shouldn't be allowed to venture out in the real world. They could write a book on their fairy tales that the more saner of us are expected to believe.
I have lived and worked in the real world. Let them live on with their harmless delusions.
