Mikey (is there more than one or are you self-proliferating on multiple threads), you've overlooked an important factor in your discussion of purchasing firearms... the required background check conducted by the FBI has choked off numerous attempts to purchase firearms. One cannot, as you say, wlatz into Walmart and walk out with a firearm.

WW2 If hitler had taken over Europe the USA would have been next so they weren't really totally disinterested. Being attacked by the Japs was also an incentive to get involved. The US couldn't have fought 2 fronts alone.

Although the numbers of American troops were slightly more than those of the UK the UK forces took 4 times the number of prisoners and captured twice as many guns as the US troops. This is not a reflection on the fighting abilities of the brave American soldiers but a reflection of the fact that they were not yet all deployed in the active theatre of war.

Forget WW1 and WW2, this is about the horrible execution of two innocent white people.

6. You should stop playing American "football". There is only one kind of football. What you refer to as American "football" is not a very good game. The 2.15% of you who are aware that there is a world outside your borders may have noticed that no one else plays "American" football. You will no longer be allowed to play it, and should instead play proper football. Initially, it would be best if you played with the girls. It is a difficult game. Those of you brave enough will, in time, be allowed to play rugby (which is similar to American "football", but does not involve stopping for a rest every twenty seconds or wearing full kevlar body armour like nancies).
