Perhaps at some point in the future , it will be known where she went .
Or it could turn out to be like the Lord Lucan Mystery

One can find lots of links on the web for all sorts of conspiracies- 9/11, Michelle OBama is a man, Moon Landings, Paedohile cover ups... and Madelaine McCann. The police have to consider evidence though and one hopes that has been done.
Sorry i forgot- peelerpan knows the police are in on the Madelaineconspiracy

My previous questions, which I think are very relevant, have been completely ignored, so I’ll try another.
If the parents have something to hide, why would they maintain their search in such a high profile manner? Surely they would want the whole thing relegated to the realms of oblivion as quickly as possible – but here we are, almost ten years later, still talking about it and still wondering.

I agree with prudie and Fiction factory, when have I ever said that the police are in on anything? This is how things get completely misconstrued. I have never made a statement as to what I believe as I am IMPARTIAL as I stated before. I have just stated some of the theories that are out there and there are points that i agree with and points that I don't but I am neither right or wrong because I wasn't there.
If I had killed my child and got away with it, why would I keep going to the press, ask David Cameron and the police to continue the investigation into her disappearance, in fact bring her name into the public domain at every opportunity? Why would I do that instead of keeping quiet and thanking my lucky stars I had got away with it NINE years?
PeelerPal, I don’t see an answer to this:
//… the parents, who were dining with friends, went back to the room, found the little girl dead on the floor ..... then what? How much time passed between them leaving the table and them raising the alarm? Would they have had time to decide where to dispose of the body, to physically dispose of it, and to do it so successfully that it has never been discovered?//
Sharon, Money? Are you serious?
ladybirder, exactly. It makes no sense.

If you had NOT killed your kid and the police decided not to carry on the investigation and you counted your lucky stars, would you think that would arouse more or less suspicion? If I genuinely thought my child was abducted I would never ever stop looking and if I had something to do with covering it up, I would still never give up looking because if I did it would implicate me. they have no way out they have to keep on fighting regardless
