What Would You Do, Get Off For Me...
I wouldn't feel comfortable on a bus, with a passenger playing Koran prayer music on speaker, I would get off, considering what's happened in the past, on public transport.

I simply wouldn’t like it. I don’t like any music or other nonsense being played for all to hear on public transport. There’s no need for it (all devices have headphone capabilities). It's inconsiderate and selfish and whatever it is being played is bound to be not to everybody’s liking. Given my own particular disenchantment with Islam this particular episode would be even worse for me. (I imagine if someone was playing “Onward Christian Soldiers” on a bus in Southall there may be more complaints).
I was on a train from London a couple of weeks ago and a lady seated behind me had the ATP tennis championships playing, out loud, on her propped up "tablet" thingy. This was particularly distressing for me because Andy Murray was playing and I had recorded the match to watch when I got home. I asked her if she would be so kind as to turn the sound off and was greeted by some applause from fellow travellers. People should not operate devices with sound for all to hear on public transport.
None of us knows why the bus driver turfed the passenger off. I expect he had his reasons and I imagine the passenger will soon get over it (after he's received his statutory £50k compo for the distress he'd suffered).

There just seems to be no end of agro on London transport at the moment. Every time I go out there is a row on the bus or train or between motorists. I was shoved really hard into someone on the tube yesterday who nearly toppled on top of his child in a push chair. I apologised and said the guy had pushed me and the father physically got hold of the man and pushed him and his mate off the train. People seem to be quite wound up for some reason.
People are so angry nowadays .
Last evening i caught the bus from work ( not wanting to drive and looking for parking ) to go into the city center on a bit of business .
As the bus began to pull off from the stop on the return journey ; there was his heavy banging on the side of the bus - the driver continued to drive away .
At the next stop i heard this shouting and swearing ( and when i say swearing , it was of the nature that you wouldn't want your nan to hear )
It transpired that the original banging on the side of the bus was from a lady ( and i use the term loosely ) - she must have sprinted to the next stop , just to have a go at the bus driver for not stopping

No you did not the only mention of the word 'racist' was in your copy and post of my words.

This is just your perception, there is no mention of the driver assuming the noisy passenger was a terrorist.

AOG - In common with everyone else on here, I am commenting on an incident at which I was not present, and which was partially recorded on a phone.
A lot of the argument is people talking over each other, and of course, we have no idea what any of the individual were thinking.
That makes anything other than a superficial assumption futile - and a superficial assumption of what has been said and concluded is what I offered.
So yes indeed - it is just my perception, I am not offering it as anything more than that.
