So it seems those in charge of the boys and those who the boys represent also do not agree with their actions.. Probably for good reason.
Sky News was told the recruit had a long record of disciplinary problems.

"This was the straw that broke the camel's back," a source said

AH, you are not entirely correct then !
No, he is entirely correct. Proving supports of TR are, in fact, not the best representation of citizens. This is a prime case.
The army is apolitical so association with a political figure would certainly be frowned upon.
what a surprise these people (who support TR and chant his name with pride) have already had disciplinarians from their superiors.

They are not 'boys' they are adult males with jobs, and responsibilities to their employers.

Unlike today's modern Police Service Danny,
Was a time when we were not allowed to debate or discuss politics in the canteen at grub time.
I recall seeing Police Commissioner Blair loaning Tony Blair a Police liveried Range Rover for his election campaign. :-(
Not that surprising, Spath. People with proper jobs have to put up all kinds of stupid, unfair decisions.

Times change Retro and usually not for the better.

Who has made a stupid unfair decision, and why is it stupid and unfair?
By the way, Tommy isn't a politician. I'd call him a reporter. These lads probably saw him as a 'celebrity'.
Spath is saying because he was sacked it proves he was in the wrong.
I'm just saying lots of people get sacked for nothing.
Always disappointing when a recruit is discharged , they have his records - we don't.
Spicerack - // By the way, Tommy isn't a politician. I'd call him a reporter. These lads probably saw him as a 'celebrity'. //

I'd entirely agree about 'Tommy' being a 'celebrity' - the modern meaning of that term is someone who is famous for being famous, not because they have any real claim to fame, or anything useful to contribute to the world around them.

That fits 'Tommy' perfectly.

I would disagree.

In these seriously litigious times, it means an employer needs to be on sure ground before dismissal, to avoid legal redress.
Well done, Danny. Just proved exactly what I said. I suspect you're another one who knows nothing about Tommy Robertson (except the crap you hear from the BBC)

This always cheers me up as it is Tommy's home town.
Spicerack, sorry I thought that we discussing Tommy Robinson
