With Covid cases rising in Uk due to the Delta Variant. Imperial College London has predicted the trend will continue to spread, as England prepares to lift Remaing lockdown restrictions. Is Johnson smart enough to continue lockdown ?.

The only protection you can get for any virus, or hope for, is a vaccination, we have several, and come what may that is now our first and only defence. The media have now got their hands on some more info to keep the ball rolling on and on, the so called delta plus variant, well well well who would have though it, lets all lock away again shall we, and wait for the next new one. Take your vaccine and take your chance or you may as well curl up and die, because you will wait a long long time before Boris and his government see any sense.
Well at the moment Hancock seems to be keeping his head down waiting for more than one or two things to blow over. When someone gets the push like Cummings did you then get to hear the real truth, and yes it is sour grapes but nevertheless that's when the truth comes out, it happens in all working situations.

Indeed. And deaths decreased by 30% in the same day. Never a good idea to look at a single day's figures. Best to look at seven day averages.
In fact, since 1st June, infections have risen by 177,432 (3.95%) whilst deaths have increased by 245 (0.19%). Of those 177k cases, around 3,000 (about 1 in 80) people ended up in hospital.

Yes, some people suffer dreadfully. In the same way patients suffer dreadfully from heart problems and cancer, and many of them are remaining undiagnosed and/or untreated. So what's the answer, ummm? Stuff happens, I'm afraid, and it doesn't only happen to Covid sufferers.

Trouble is Nailit you may of spread it without knowing. But more likely you've been lucky and been one of the 90% or somwhove avoided the virus, but theres still time as infections are rising fast, especially among the unvaccinated. Theres well over 100000 who arent around in UK anymore whose famlies wish they could of had a vaccinne
