Inchy, it was said to you yesterday by Tora that there’d be no more exchanges with you,so why even go there? As for you insulting me , shows the caliber of you and it certainly doesn’t have any effect on me

On what basis do you base that stupid remark?
He used a weapon in a premeditated robbery resulting in a man’s death. Most supermarkets are CCTVed to heaven, so there is a very good chance the murder was filmed.
Why on Earth would they charge him with manslaughter, it should be very easy to get a murder conviction.

He'll definitely try and get it reduced to manslaughter. For murder you have to prove intend that's hard to do with a mugging. Don't get me wrong I hope they throw away the key but my experience with the justice system is the CPS will got for Manslaughter rather than risk a not guilty of murder.
I don't think that constitutes a "stupid remark" more a distinct possibility.

"For murder you have to prove [intent] that's hard to do with a mugging."
If, by that, you mean a need to prove an intent to kill, that is incorrect.
As per the CPS guidance, "The intent for murder is an intention to kill or cause grievous bodily harm (GBH)."
The CPS guidance for GBH is, 'The words "grievous bodily harm" bear their ordinary meaning of "really serious" harm...harm does not have to be either permanent or dangerous and that ultimately, the assessment of harm done is a matter for the jury, applying contemporary social standards.'

A man has now been charged. I am a bit puzzled by this quote which seems to undermine the robbery theory.
// Mr O'Halloran, was attacked while on his way to busk, according to a friend. //
The incident happened just after 4pm, so it would make sense that he was on his way to his pitch at the railway station to catch the evening commuters. So he wouldn’t have any takings/donations yet. Unless he had collected at Tesco in the afternoon, and was then making his way to the railway station. Or the robber was after his wallet, not the donation box.
