Maybe in poor taste, but for the next one perhaps they could include an ai-generated image of how Diana would look now?  Doctored images are the future?!

If anyone reads my post they will say I'm speculating but after seeing that 'doctored' photo and seeing Catherine is not wearing her wedding ring, it occurred to me that perhaps her long stay in the hospital wasn't abdominal, we have never been told what the operation was, and the length of time for recovery. We have questioned why did William pull out of that memorial service with such short notice. Why did Catherine and her Mother look so unhappy in that paparazzi photo? They didn't know it was being taken.

I know of someone who tried to take her own life when she found out her husband had been unfaithful. This person spent 2 weeks in hospital and had many months of mental health treatment afterwards. I will leave it there.

This is about why doctored photos of her and her children were released to the press.

...not about why she was in hospital. That's a private matter.

I thought the day William cancelled at short notice was when his cousin's husband was found shot dead and assumed that's why.  Wasn't it?

Naomi, I don't think William would have cancelled an important event because of that reason. The Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, (the in-laws) were there, so I can't see William cancelling for that reason.

I don't know how close he was to the cousin's husband, Barsel.  They may have been best buddies for all we know and William may have been devastated by the news.  The sudden cancellation was a bit of a coincidence.

I think that is what it was Naomi, a coincidence. 

I don't think it was the day the man was found dead, I think that was a few days before and I don't think the in-laws would have been at the service if that was the case.

Mr Kingston was found dead on Sunday Feb 25th.

King Constantines memorial was on Tuesday Feb 27th.

So no excuse to give 45 mins notice by William.
