Bertrand Arthur William Russell, a white man with a name that is Christian, was born in a Christian country, Wales.

I would post a link to his image and details but I'm sure you can Google it if you're in any doubt.

Those facts are similar to the evidence you used when deciding someone is a Muslim.

As your evidence is, "cast-iron", that must mean Bertrand Russell was a Christian, mustn't it?

The CPS take a case to court when it is, "satisfied that there is sufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction, and that prosecuting is in the public interest."

That does not mean the person being prosecuted will be found to be guilty of the charge but I am sure TORATORATORA knows that.
