Good idea. Please oh wise puss may I have another bucket?
I fear not, m'lady. All my tickets had the number violet, but rest assured it is enough that I can bask in your reflected glory, m'lady.

I am unable to locate any rabbit ragout - perhaps someone has been feeding the croc in my absence?
Don't blame the croc - he's been muzzled, remind me to undo it when my carriage arrives
Question Author
Too bad, Maj..perhaps next week...

In the absence of rabbit ragout, a venison sausage will suffice.

Nungate and I had a turn round the moat, but I do not recall and croc-feeding occurring.
It hasn't escaped from the moat, wormed its way into the kitchen, eaten the rabbit and gone back to the moat, has it ?
Have extracted my broomstick, with difficulty, from the lavatory brush but have been unable to track down my outer garment. Your maj, your responsibility.
Question Author
Not the croc then.

Alfie ?

The llama?
Question Author
Are you replete in inner garments, Daisy ?
Not the llama, he's a veggie besides he's visiting his family in the Trossachs
Question Author
Sorry, not keeping up tonight.
Looks as though the finger is pointing at Alfie, then.
My inner garments have no truck with shirring elastic, My skin is too delicate to be exposed to pleats. Where is my cloak?
Question Author
Shirring..that takes me back...a bit like a boomerang...
Alfie is blameless poor wee chap, still sound asleep.
Apologies everyone -

A bucket for Miss nungate.

Miss Daisy - your cloak - I hope you'll note that it is in exactly the same 'condition' ...
M'lady, Matron - the trail of ragout led ultimately to the frog's door.

I have replaced him securely upon his hook.
Question Author
The relentless search for the rabbit eater continues, then.
No turn will be unstoned until the culprit is unmasked...or alternatively until it is time for bed...which it is for me now.

good night everyone. Thanks for all the laughs and see you all again next week, if we're spared.
:-))
So I should hope. Cloak is affianced to Dagger, please remember that.
Sweet Dreams.
Question Author
Oops, posts crossed. Thank goodness the mystery of the ragout ravisher has been solved before I drift off to sleep.
Good night, m'lady - please don't fret about the clearing-up...
Question Author
What is 'clearing up' ?
Good night Miss Daisy, a pleasure as always :-)

M'lady, I must insist - no fretting, please
