Does anyone know if PayPal is down ?
I've ordered things on line today from two different sources and I usually get an email straight away to confirm my purchase but I've had nothing .
The transactions went through according to my account .

was up on and off all night with the dogs as the weather fronts went through. They don't panic now which is progress, but they do need reassurance. Feeling like a limp rag today.

I think it's finally stopped raining but there's a high tide on the birdbaths.

lol shaney, don't worry I've been sorting a cupboard and I've found a stockpile of Flit. Also got a big pile of old Gardener's World mags, I'll send them to you neti. I won't bother with a stamp, you can sort that out when they arrive.

Good morning, we had such a storm here last night, forked lightning, thunder, the works, dirty muddy rain, which didn't last long. Temps don't seemed to have gone down! place is a mess, I've mopped down the patio furniture. I feel sorry for the poor folks on the ferries last night, I would have been terrified.
So how are you all? Ok I hope.

Morning...bright and sunny after a complete washout yesterday. I actually slept right through so any wandering beasties had a reprieve.

What day is it? Oh yes, white rabbits...but white water rafting is probably more appropriate.

Was bright but looks as if it's about to rain yet again.

Wore new ankle strap platform shoes to village, got a huge blister on heel, but at least I didn't wobble over!

good morning, our first night for ages with no weather, twas lovely. The dogs got up, had breakfast and have gone back to sleep again.

oh, my PC was damaged by lightning once, and I had to get a new one. You're probably safe if you're using a lead-lined iPad though.

Our tv got struck in the 80's, everything was a shade of red esp the lawns, we had to buy a new one eventually.

Storm rumbling away now, tv went off, but all coming back now. I have dared plug in the laptop although have just heard another clap of thunder so may unplug it again!!!

Had a hefty shower about 11 am and then it got out lovely and it's still lovely and sunny out there .
We threw caution to the wind and went over the border to Tescos .I'm not a Tesco shopper as a rule as our one here is in the wastelands of an industrial park and hard to get to but this is one is more or less a door to door bus ride although about half an hour each way .Nice to see some green countryside .
Got lovely salt beef from the deli and lots of other goodies .Very nice .

Storm over, humidity still here, just been in pool, and now in air conned bedroom. Can't take much more, I really can't.

This time last week I was getting ready to go to Pacha, I'm quite glad that tonight I am in bed!!
