I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:

"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"

Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.

Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/2RPrrWUUYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

That's a lovely name Jno .Ah, Yes the old forceps delivery.
I remember it well ....ouch.
I hope things continue to improve and that they'll soon be home. It's such a shame family and friends can't be involved during this bloody plague. You need all the support you can get with a new baby.
Lol Woofy, don't be daft .I've lost count of have many nieces, nephews ,greats and great greats there are now.
I got a pic though via Whatsapp. He was nearly nine pounds and she's only a slip of a girl.
Oh well, not long now until the celebration of the birth of another
baby. Sainsbury's let me down ....no sprouts.I'm so disappointed as I wanted to put them on tomorrow :)
Yes get the vaccine Neti.We should get ours around end of Feb according to some chart I looked at but I'm not holding my breath.
I'm up very late.Bum stuck to sofa and just one more episode syndrome.
Better get some shut eye. Nighty night all .Sleep well.
Just been all around in car and on foot to buy sprouts for xmas. Got the last tray available in the last shop! They all thought it was funny when I said we just have to have them for xmas dinner but I hated them!!
I enjoyed watching the Yorkshire Ripper and am now watching the Ted Bundy tapes. Such evil in this world!

Hope you all have as nice a day tomorrow as it's possible to have in these strange times so Happy Christmas to you all and yours ,hope you're looking in Robinia and that you are safe and well.

great photo, neti.

Went to bed early with stomach ache but didn't actually fall asleep till 7am. Got up at 11 to be told I'd missed all the excitement, as the washing machine had started rumbling and belching smoke. So I suppose on Boxing Day we will be queuing up outside shop websites looking for a replacement. Bah humbug.

On the plus side a cousin sent me a calendar of photos of Afghans she took while on a trip there in about 1980, before it was consumed by wars. Some lovely shots, lots of colourful people and places.

well, we have had a visit from Ophelia. She looks ever so sweet, but was asleep the whole time so not a peep out of her. No further than the front hall but she was well wrapped up. We gave her lots of old blankets and stuff formerly used by her father.
awwww
That is lovely jno.
good morning all. Central heating played up yesterday and had to get nice man in. British Gas are not the cheapest repair option but they do turn up quickly and the blokes seem to know their business. Today we have snow and sub zero temps forecast for this week so I am glad I could get it fixed. Hope you are all feeling well/better as appropriate. Did I say that Rab had a shoulder injury? He is much better and I have a video call booked with the vet tomorrow to discuss future management of creaky old dog. Apart from that the world rolls on and we have a TON of cold turkey left!
Question Author
the world is still stopped for Boxing Day here, woofgang.
we have open shops, delivered papers and Hermes deliveries. Sis is in Waitrose buying reduced turkey for the freezer
Hello. Its sunny and so cold and nothing of interest to report. It's boring!!
Question Author
1 degree here, neti, but though they keep saying there might be snow none of the forecasts can bring themselves to say when it will happen, and I don't think it will be this year.
its blooming cold here. Rab got a sign off from the vet via video consultation I am NOT good at video calls, luckily the vet was very patient and laughed a lot. He is now on creaky old dog tablets. I picked up 2 months supply today and all I will say is I am glad he is insured!
Can you get a first in your 60's? I have got a sore tingly place on the corner of my mouth and no idea why.
