I am still getting this problem even after updating firefox - can nothing be done? am i really the only one getting it?
I dont really want to use a different browser but it stops me from accessing anything in the left of the drop down menu
it is a bit sporadic but really annoying.

I seem to remember when the AB site was re-vamped many users had trouble with the page layout appearing all over the place, regardless of the browser used.

I think most of it was resolved by deleting all cookies/site data/History in all browsers used

thanks slackalice but i clear my cookies and history daily - first using ccleaner and then with firefox history clear options just to make sure.
Your last posting has disturbed me. You say you are using ccleaner on a daily basis when it is Not recommended for regular use and is known to cause serious problems if used without extreme caution.

Accordingly, I would like comments from others on my view that ccleaner is a dangerous product and may have done irreparable damage to your computer equipment.

Hans.
Agree with hansubranka about CCleaner, as it sometimes downloads with unwanted PUP's etc.
Uninstall Firefox completely, and do a Full Scan using Malwarebytes (Free) as you may well have unwanted material on there.
Having a PC that does not function properly does not make sense.
I use Firefox and always keep it completely updated and never get any problems here - or anywhere else. I use the latest version of Win 10 also fully updated ie 1803 build 17134.81

re your concerns about ccleaner - i have been using this tool for many many years and i know my way round it. I was sure to download it without any 'extras' and i even managed to avoid the recent version upgrade that did contain malware.
I havent changed the way I have used it (daily) for yonks.
Hi Quoi,
I'm not sure what happened regards you leaving, I'm posting on this thread hoping you will see it, no way of posting on the other. Hope you're o.k, may see you back here some time, take care.
Do you clear the cache too ?
@Eleena 1929.... I didn't realise that Quoi had become 'User Inactive'. Rather strange and, as we are prohibited from discussing such matters, we'll never know why.
