Got family coming for Sunday lunch next week. One cannot take gluten and the other is a vegetarian. My mind has gone blank and all I can come up with is either a butternut squash/spinach/walnut egg tortilla or an exotic risotto. Anyone make any suggestions? Can you buy gluten free pasta? Oh and I only want to cook one meal. Thanks in advance

Yay! you can get gluten free pasta! I feel a spinach and ricotta cannelloni coming on. Just need to find a supplier in Cumbria. Many thanks to everyone.
Disown them!
A nice seasonal salad, with gluton-free bread and gluten-free cheese. You can get smoked white Stilton cheese with mushrooms and garlic, or with orange and dates - lovely! You don't have to make a hot dinner for it to be enjoyable. x
