Subscribe not working

Subscribe used to work in that I got sent an email when a new answer appeared to any question I had subscribed to. Now it doesn't. How do I get this working again, please?

After first submitting the above, I saw that lots of other people have had this problem but no answers as to why or how to fix it. So, is it a bug and is anyone doing anything about it?

It hasn't worked for me for ages either, I used to get alerts when the emails arrived and that stopped, now I don't even get the emails!

Please see our FAQs, under "Why am I not receiving AB emails". It may have to do with your email provider's filtering system. There are instructions in the FAQs on how to ensure you receive AB emails.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think the FAQ helps. I do receive emails from [email protected] when I have answers to a question I have posted and I receive the "Facts & Tivia" from you so I can't see that it is being blocked by my email system. It's just questions I have subscribed to that doesn't work, even thought bit used to.

Sorry, that last sentence got a bit scrambled. It should have ended "... don't work, even though they it used to".

I don't receive Facts and Trivia even though I checked it I do get an email when I have an answer to a question I've asked but as I say no Facts and Trivia ,any reason why ED ?
