Email Failure in Outlook Express

I have just noticed the codes failed to appear in my question. Socket Error: 10061 Error No: OxOOOCCCOE These codes appear in the message box and I am unable to send or receive emails in OE....

Unable to access emails

A friend of mine has been using speed-mail as an ISP but has been unable to access emails for a while now. Has anyone any information? Any information or advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Explorer 7

Has anyone updated to Explorer 7? If so have you experienced any problems? Several sites say they work better in Explorer 6 (including this one I believe) so I don't wish to update if disadvantages...
