Oil free cleanser

Does anyone know of an oil free cleanser?  I'd like a liquid one that I apply with my fingers & then wipe off with cotton wool pads (rather than a wash of with water one). Thanks!

What happens to stock when shops close down?

A lot of Pilot stores have closed down... from the sign in the window of my local one it looks like they got re-possesed & shut down pretty quick, so no time for a closing down sale.  So......

70g of fat per day

The reccomended daily amount of fat for women is 70g... can this be averaged out over a week?  So if you have a bad day & eat 100g one day, can you make up for it by eating hardly...
