Ear Ache - Sqad?

I had my ears syringed about 12 weeks ago. Ever since then I regularly get a dull ache in my left ear. I may have once perferated the ear drum in this ear but that would have been about 20 odd years...

Before he died, my Grandad arranged for his body to be donated to Oxford Uni for medical research. I believe there was a sort of deal and the uni would pay for a service for him and provide a plaque....
