how can i stop a tom cat peiing in my kitchen.(its a neighbours) as i have 2 female cats which have been spayed. dont want to hurt the tom just deter it

how do i get a teenager to keep clean? i have a 13 year old who i have to remind to shower every day- if i don't 5 days can pass without washing! clean clothes is a nightmare too. bedroom is grubby....
