i have a Panasonic sv-sd50 mp3 player which has lost its 64mb card, can I 1/ use any make of sd card 2/ fit a bigger one than the 64Mb thanks

If before or during trial a remorseful defendant (or his family /friends even) write a letter of apology to the victim or victim's family , would this be considered as interfering with witnesses?

Am I right in thinking that somebody's credit file can only be accessed by themselves, or with their permission? In other words a third party cannot run random enquiries into people'c credit history?...
