Little girl aged 5 - killed by hit & run driver.......

.....she was on her way home from a school Christmas party, bless her. If the driver was aware that they'd knocked over a little girl (or anyone else for that matter), then drove on, how can they live...

Can't open links.....

...It's never happened before, but since this morning, I can't seem to open any links on Answerbank. When I try to, it reads "A pop up window was blocked". Any ideas on how to rectify it please?
