Morning all - hope all's well with you & your's today.
Sorry boys - following on from last night's conversation........I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks inbetween our girls, although thankfully, I fell for our youngest a couple of months later.
I would have tidied up after us last night Pixi, but I had to keep my strength up to do Robinia's big pile of ironing this morning (I hate it & used an ironing service when I was working - all those shirts & bedding)!
I hope your son soon settles back into home life gesso - it must feel strange for him after such a long time away at Uni.
The reason I ask is because my skin is like sandpaper from this thyroid condition. No matter what I put on it doesn't seem to help and I end up smelling of cococnut which most of these body lotions seem to contain.
Shaney, No Diprobase is different from Acqueous cream. It's a great deal thicker and takes a lot longer to absorb, but leaves a fine film on the skin. I couldn't be without it. My doctor prescribed it for me years ago when I had a dreadful rash and an eczema problem, and also advised me to wash with it. I now get a huge container of it with a plunger top. Great as a protective barrier - I always use it if I am gardening as well. A life saver!!! You can buy a small tube of it just to try it, but you have to go to the pharmacy counter.
When I was lying on the trolley in A&E for hours at Christmas time, I noticed that the staff were still using it for washing their hands, so obviously it hasn't been superseded since my doc first advised me about it.

I am now leaving the Biddies for a short time in order that I do essential tasks around the home and also in order to get out of this pink dressing gown and actually shower!!!! I also must do some work, which I didn't finish last night because of a helium filled dog!!
Will be back later this evening and will be keeping an eye on you all again whilst I work.
Love you all xxxxxx
