Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

Hi Neti. No I didn't. I had a dress instead of what I was going to wear because I thought I would be too warm as there was a jacket involved. Anyway I now have another outfit for when autumn arrives.
I'll try and get photo to show you.
I'm saying oight oight now as I have to get my washing sorted. I do it on economy 7 so I set my washer to start at 6.30a.m.

I had a new hairdresser today as my usual one left unexpectedly. She had a lot of stuff going on in her life and is only young.
Anyway the new girl was very nervous but she is very good and I think we will get along fine. She isn't new to the salon, just new to me.

I like to do my boil or hot washing overnight as it takers about 3hrs, so I put it on a timer, so when I get up it's ready to hang out but not been in the drum too long so not too creased.

It turned out a lovely day here so got to do a bit of sitting on the tete a tete with my book in the sun .
We had a korma for dinner. Mr S is on a spicy food jag atm.I'm not that keen really but anything for a bit of peace and a quiet life .

good morning all. We went out for a lovely walk this morning, then we went back to sleep, then Shughy decided that it was going to thunder and made me get up, now he's decide that it isn't going to thunder so for the moment I am awake but its touch and go. That dog is a pain in the arris.

Oh woofy what a life you lead. I don't rush to get up anymore but I like to be up and doing by 10am, even if I have to have a nap in the afternoon, but that's obligatory in this country!

cool and damp here, quite pleasant as I am not planning to go anywhere much. But my camera has started producing smears in one corner of the photos so I must send it off for repair or at least a quote.

I suppose I should go out and clean the swimming pool, but as we haven't got one...

Got Henry out today and he was so dusty cos hasn't been used for while.

Morning...my body clock had started to slip to late nights/late mornings but I've re-adjusted because I like to be up about 7.
It's just starting to brighten up (I hope), it was hammering down in the early hours so the frogs swimming pool should be full. It turned out lovely yesterday but I'd already started doing indoor stuff.. ie make a mess.. so I had to carry on.

lol @ woofy, I've often said having a haircut saps my strength.

Good Biddyfriends. Bro just left but coming back to collect his guitars.
I'm tempted to try and have a play.
I managed to get my 5th grade classical but haven't played for many years.
And I know my fingers wont work anymore so I would be really disappointed.

Going to get my ear syringed today it's been driving me 'potty' Would you believe the surgery had to send the only syringe they had away for repair.

Coffe time now...have a good day. The sun has come out and my washing is on the line.
