Have you ever had a professional facial done in a salon? Approx how much did you pay, was it worth it & how long did the effect last? I'd never really thought about it until a friend recently mentioned she'd like one so I'm considering going too - we could both do with a bit of cheering up.

Hi All hope you are all ok. Weather has turned out nice again after a torrential start at about 5 this morning.
That number thing is a bit confusing Jno If you open the door and find your number there when you open the other ones as well they are different. All to do with electronics I suspect.

Been to see my brother today, got there about 12 and he was still in bed. 'idle didle'. He's supposed to be coming to do me some outside painting so we've finally made a date so we'll see if he can make it.

I'm off out tonight again for a 'bop'. I forgot all about it til my friend text me. It's an age thing!!

See yer later 'gater(s) x

Well I was just coming on to grumble about the weather & you've said it turned out nice Jude??! Ok, so the sun decided to show about 4.15 but we think it's been freezing on our road! Have you got your own microclimate? :o) All day yesterday they promised us the warmest day so far this year...how can they keep on getting it so monumentally wrong & get away with it? Orf with their heads.....grrrrrrrrrr.

Have just seen that Susan Boyle on Britain's got Talent, what a smashing voice. Can't get the prog over here but heard about it on Ch 5 news so watched it on youtube. Brought tears to my eyes, as I love singing, and always always sing in the bath, but felt a bit intimidated this time after hearing her. I love singing, I sing all day and every day
Question Author
Yes, we're aware of that neti....

Susan Boyle's got a brilliant voice hasn't she? Guaranteed success whether she wins the whole thing or not I'd say...I fail to see how anyone can top that really.

Oh for such a flat (if not so hairy) stomach!!

Morning, I won't say 'good' 'cos it isn't, it's wild wet 'n windy. Just after I posted last night there was a storm again! What a start & finish to the day.

...don't worry neti I've got just the item you need.... you can even wear it in the bath

Oouch! takes my breath away!

that's 'cos you're suffocating in your own cleavage... :o)
I have a flat stomach. It's the midriff bulge I am having a great battle with - it looks like I have two lots of boobs!! Thank god for tunic tops and these new volumptuous creations are just great.

Good morning folks.

Beautiful day yesterday but it's drizzling this morning. Very warm though - no storms as yet.

xx
ha ha 'volumptous' - I like it - it describes my midriff very well!!
Question Author
Hi Lottie, hope you're ok....'volumptuous'?.... hahaha....don't worry, it'll soon be warm enough for kaftans I hope - very handy for a spot of menopausal shoplifting....erm, so I'm told.
Robbie - check your mails. xx
The sun's come out.

I have visitors coming - I am looking forward to seeing them but................ I would love to be out in the garden. Problem is after 10 minutes in the garden I tend to look like a dirty old scarecrow!!! Garden must wait until tomorrow - what's the betting it will rain.

Such is life.

Checked Lottie!...no sun here in my garden
:o(

It's now extremely cold and a sea mist has come in and I have put the heating on - still no visitors!! I have just eaten my Galaxy Easter egg.........................
Have just rushed to village to put money into daughter's account, it's ok, it's her money, but ve had to use a stupid machine so I stood there looking really sad and old and one of the staff did it for me. I'm always worried that it'll go into the wrong account. Am sweating like a pig, everyone else is out in summer clothes and sandals (must find my new gladiator ones). I am swetineti once again, Oh and sun is shining!
Question Author
oh neti I'm just the same, I hate mechanical/plastic money, self service check-outs etc...dunno why, I cna ues a pucomret prefectly ko :o)

If it wasn't for the spring flowers you'd think it was November here today, I even had to put the light on for a while earlier to peer at some clutter....I soon switched it off again. Sorry to be a weather bore, but it's very depressing.

jno have you got any sunny holiday pics?
gah, the floorlayers have been and sort of gone... except they didn't have enough boards to finish the job so I'll have to wait until they get more in, might be today, might be months... Better than the original appointment last Feb when they turned out not to have any at all, I suppose, but I am close to despair. I think I shall have a little cry. No I won't, I'll shoot myself. Well actually I'll probably just cut my toenails.

waaaaaah

BANG
