Tips For When In Hospital

I may be looking at a prolonged period in hospital.

I've only been in hospital twice once as a child and again for a two night stay 20 odd years ago.

I'm looking for tips for how to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

My biggest concern is do hospitals have free wi-fi????

Yep, it's all Mintys fault.

I asked a serious question and I (mostly) got daft replies.....I'm in tears here, total despair....all I wanted was some advice and all I got was jokes and laughter......do you think you've helped?????

Methyl, why would I need a clock?

Unfortunately I have no idea which hospital I will end up in, it could be local or I could be sent further afield to a specialist unit. Checking them out may be troublesome.

Just to be clear, the lightheartedness has been appreciated and not caused any offence. xxx
I can add very little to any list already given - but send you love and best wishes for as comfortable a stay as possible and a speedy return to full strength. ♥
Can't you go private Eccles? Sorry you have to go in, I bloody hate hospitals :o(

Will Brendan be coming too ? ....
Don't eat any hospital food except for ice cream ( I don't think that even they can cock that up ).

I will not be able to wear any jewellery/watch but do not anticipate being sufficiently out of it that I don't know the date/time.

Surely hospitals are now set up for long term patients to allow for some form of secure storage?
