Have you all been gadding about while history was being made? THAT'S what I call a match! No, not the footy, don't be silly, the tennis....and it's not over yet. Where did they get the strength to do that? If either one was my son I'd have been hitting them with my handbag & telling them to get off home to bed hours before it was stopped. :o)

jno we are doing the tax man a favour as we do not claim for dentistry or private things. So no receipt, no tax rebate.

So glad Mr Woofy is doing well.

I sunbathed yesterday in a 44DD/E bikini, cos I hate tight swimsuits, and now all my stomach is like a big round red ball and painfull. I think the bikini is slightly too large but it was only a ₤1 in BHS last summer. I took the huge underwires out and it fits quite well.

Another lovely day .
I haven't been watching the tennis though that was a long old match and still going on today .I've got bored with it .
No characters in it these days and it's always a foregone conclusion that one of the Williams sisters will win the ladies and Federer will win the mens .They're like a lot of robots .Just big baseline players .No wonder that match is going on and on .At his height that chap has the capability to out ace anyone for about a week :)

Very cloudy here now, I ought to shop while it's cooler, they're saying 30C for the weekend, much too hot for me & poor Charlie.

Afternoon and a very fine one it is too. The machine is busy washing a throw but as soon as it's done I'm off, out, into the sunshine. You know, I had a nightmare the other night, that there was ice on the streets again... it's really done a job on me, this past winter has.

Ha ha it just so happens I bought a sparkly brooch the other day Robinia...! A sparkly frog. Decided I couldn't live without it.

Nah I'll pass on Albert jno, he doesn't seem like much fun and by the time the batteries for my ancient camera have charged he'll have spawned another love child and she'll have hit the bottle. On his head.

Neti I only take one kind of medicine (BP) but I still can't get it right, keep forgetting, too, or keep getting confused as to whether I've taken it or not. For those of you that have more than one kind of medication, I was wondering if you've got this nifty gadget in your respective countries, cos I can't find it in my dictionaries http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dosett You set it up with pills for the whole month ahead. Wouldn't do me any good, as, from the blister pack, I still pick "Monday"s pill on a Wednesday...

When I came home I thought I'd left the radio on but it turned out there was a mini Woodstock going on in my park (and my window was open). This isn't the first time, I think maybe there's a record company or something similar in the house opposite to mine (across the park) and they're throwing outdoor release parties. Stopped for half an hour but now they're at it again, a few stragglers, and I'm loving it. I often long for a bigger place to live but I'd miss this place, that's the trouble!
