does anyone know where I can buy maple sugar, cream and butter from a uk mail order company? I know I can get it straight from Canada and the US but the p and p and customs make this very expensive.

Nice and bright out there now but there was a shower of rain earlier.
That put paid to me sitting in the park in the hope of meeting anybody and I'd got full slap on and my best tiara out just in case.

Don't worry about cleaning Robinia.You can now have a cleaner come into your home as long as you socially distance.You'll have to hid in the lav while they vac :) Just "stay alert" for more bullsh*t.

Just had nails done as she came up to the house. Nothing special but at least they dont hurt now. Its lovely and sunny but a bit breezy.

My clickety order has been collected by my friend. Three substituted items but close enough to be ok. They obviously didn't have the bigger bags of raisins (for the blackbirds) so they put in three small bags of jumbo raisins. Bloomin heck, I hope they know how to do the heimlich maneuver(sp?), they're enormous. I can see I'm going to be doing some chopping.

I had to make a bit of domestic effort the other day after I noticed some birthday confetti waving about in a cobweb :)

Yes that's the thing Robi. I go to the bedroom to watch my soaps and leave Mr N in the lounge to watch what he wants so rarely see the room with lights on but when I do, gosh the lights certainly show up cobwebs

good morning all. This morning I have fixed the collapsed base of the car dog cage with much hammering and drilling but no swearing. I am now eating cinnamon buns made by me from a posh kit yesterday. We nommed half of them yesterday and the rest won't last long.

I, on the other hand, have tutted and cussed my way through fitting a new teeeeeny weeeeny battery in my watch. I've just glanced at it and realised I've reset it an hour slow. Robi's gone to Iceland :)

Stormy weather all last night and this morning and really cold. Wearing a thick sweater and thermal socks.

Oh dear shaney, that's a miserable pain. My back's been playing up but I think it's more tolerable than toothache. I thought I was almost out of ibuprofen gel (which helps for a while) but I found a new tube in the cabinet. Yay! Last week I found a new bottle of washing up liquid under the sink. It's the little things at the moment :)

Hello. I did post yesterday asking shaney how your bro is managing but it hasnt appeared. Is he ok?
Not starting my aches but shoulder is so bad and I wont take painkillers but rh4 occasional very occasional 1g paracetamol. Yes also toothache but in jaw. I just pop my saved anti biotics and hope for the best. Nice day here. But so cold last night. I was back in winter pjs and thermal socks. Done a load of washing and cleaned house. Got beef stew and dumplings in the slow cooker. I feel like a proper housewife!!
Did I mention that my Mr Tidytins is iw going to attack th4 freezers? He is going to list all items and then we have to cross them off when used!! I am a hippie at heart and just dont do this!! Yes I know I should!!
