I'm reading a history mystery and in the book the protagonist is invited to look around the house of a lawyer .It's stacked to the gunnels with various artefacts statues ,paintings etc .It reminded me of a museum somewhere in London that was in a private house but I can't remember the name of it .It's bugging me :)
Any ideas as to what it's called ?

Hi woofy you sound chipper.

Bl**dy new laptop, it's taken me 30 + mins to get back on here, just could not find the damn page. I will perserve! (sp?) Of ocourse the keyboard is in Spanish which doesn't help, I know I can change the language but then the keyboard goes all to pt!

I'll say goodnight, cos I may not be able to get on again tonight! I will if I can!!
damn yahoo keeps popping up and taking over all the screen!!!! grrr
just trying this out
Am enjoying Last tango!
Just realised that I am wearing my pj top inside out d'oh, old woman!!!
don't change it Neti, its unlucky (the PJ's not the computer)
I have medicated myself and had alcohol and I still feel like a pile of poo.
Aw poor you woofy, just have to sit it out and wait for it to pass. I felt quite rough this afternoon.

Too late I have changed the top, wow is me bad luck then, but the world end's on Friday so can't be too bad!

Oh dear ..I hope you soon buck up Woofy and anyother poorlies .
Muddly day here .I layed in I was sooo tired ,then my friend popped round with her little dogs which was nice but then my cousin rolled up this afto and boy oh boy can she yap and drink tea for England . I think she was angling for an invite to dinner but I changed the subject !
I've got a ruddy headache now .
Just watched Last Tango ..It was indeed hankies out . I'm glad they made friends again .I wonder how the next series will pan out .
Looks as if the weather is about to turn rainy and stormy again .All joints and bones south of my chin say so .I think I'll have a 600mg moment
and wish you all Oight Oight and a peaceful noight .
just cool and wet here tomorrow, same as today. I don't mind cool, I don't get chilblains in cool, only in cold.
We've got an orange warning for rain....I think I'll sleep in me wellies. Oight oight all.
definitely a lot of orange rain outside today.
I keep losing my tinter, tut.

Morning all...there's a lot of wet rain here, it's so dark and dreary. On the plus side it's very mild and it's good to be wearing one libby instead of three.

Lovely Last Tango, I really enjoyed it. I was thinking about what made it so good and one reason is that there were no stroppy teenage girls strutting around freezing Yorks in strappy clothes up to their armpits. :)

I've had to put on an extra layer sometimes to cover up the fact I'm wearing something inside out and I won't change it round. I've often got me bloomers on the wrong way round...most of them are black and if I've cut the label out I don't even know which way I'm facing.

Hoping the ailing ones feel better soon x
I'm like you shaney, I ache like hell, my feet and legs keep me awake at night.
Morning. Awful weather here to. We are going to a little shopping mall attached to a huge garden centre near Norwich. Lots of little craft shops etc. Going back to bed would be more tempting.

Last Tango was simply lovely. Brilliant acting and such wonderful characters. Very perceptive of human emotion. Just a bit in love now with Derek Jacobi. Can't wait for the next series.

Take care Woofy.
mording diabolical weader ad ib all stubbed up.
Well!! I posted this am about 7.30 and it has not appeared. Just been to Ibiza with Mr N, and am waiting to go out or lunch. Am on desktop and windows xp as my life is too short to struggle on Windows 8 at the moment!! have replaced the Holy Family but no animals in sight (don't care what the Pope has to say about it!!)

My head is so bunged up it's awful!

Bl**dy neighbour at the back is banging away, that must be about 8 yrs on and off, I hate him!
Very warm here most unseasonable but that is par for the course this year! Friday we are expecting 17°. Better fill the pool up again!
Back on Windows 8 now, no idea what happens and why? Can't seem to get in from shortcut but fiddle abouot and suddenly I'm here.

When I click on a shortcut, it says Firefox is open and not responding, close it, but HOW???
Can't szeem to refresh the page, oh bear with me, one day 'll get used to all this. It is luck not judgement than I can ever navigate to a page on here!

It's piddling down here .Went to Lowestoft early with my brother to Morrisons and came home to find Mr S with more steam coming out of his ears
Some ( hands over your ears girls) ' effin arsewipe has ripped his credit card to the tune of a hundred quid .I hope the mobile phone they bought explodes in their faces !
Good job the bank picked up on it and he will get the money back but his card is now cancelled until they sort it out .Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Oooh shaney, what barstewards...I'm pleased he's getting his money back but it's a damned nuisance. All this techno money scares me to death but we just seem to have to do it. I used have no problem with dealing with all matters business/financial but I find a lot of scary nowadays.
I've just (hopefully) negotiated an ok deal with BT, my old contract had just run out and they automatically stuck me on something more expensive. I was terrified of having to call them but it had to be done, daren't ask Tarquin, he'll be busy at work... I hope I've agreed to what I think I have, he had a very broad Liverpool accent, haha...I've written it down.
