London Museum

I'm reading a history mystery and in the book the protagonist is invited to look around the house of a lawyer .It's stacked to the gunnels with various artefacts statues ,paintings etc .It reminded me of a museum somewhere in London that was in a private house but I can't remember the name of it .It's bugging me :)
Any ideas as to what it's called ?

Hello all. I have no idea how to use Twitter Neti. I think it's so pointless. I'd just enjoy the attention if I were you, but not if it's a bit near the knuckle!!
I've been busy this after. doing my photos of our meal before Christmas with Tai Chi friends. I said I would send then all to them which I have done. A couple of them don't have PCs so I printed a few off for them. I will take them on Tuesday but I don't think I will be Tai Chiing then.
My headache seems to be abating now - I didn't take any paras for it so touch wood it's gone for good.
I'm signing off now so I hope you all have a good weekend. I'm off to Dunelm tomorrow to get a new Door Mat and see Fuschia for my normal cuppa. I've missed our Saturday morning chats.

Hello Biddies. I know it is time for oight, oights, but have just found some energy to log in and check up on you all. Have an almighty head cold which I hope will just stay in my head. I am knitting again! Bought wool and patterns on line this time.

Mr LL is hogging the computer during the day this week - and no I didn't get a laptop for Christmas - I dropped enough hints which obviously fell on deaf ears!!!

I look in at a few pages now and then, Miranda and Paloma Faith are very funny sometimes, and Tarquin occasionally has tweets from celebs. oh, glad to see Mr N is earning his keep at last, neti. Nope, not me stalkling you, I don't tweet; are you sure it isn't jose luis? I've heard he's tremendously jealous and a handy man with a stiletto.

Just discovered iTunes has been playing silly buggers, I've had to restore the date on dozens of tracks, and several of them have gone into "iCloud", whatever that is, and I can't listen to them. I have had to put a question into Technology about it. Just as well Steve Jobs is dead otherwise I'd set jose luis on him and tell him Mr Jobs had asked for my hand in marriage.

Nothing from jose luis (how did you know that's his name jno, I do not see a name!) and the only men who can handle stilettos here are the queens, now there's a thought, it must be my damned moustache again, do you have a moustache jno?

Have done the weekly shop, not much was needed today, and I have coffeed in the village and Mr N is golfing. It is soup and croutons for him tonight, he'll be using his machine and I will have a Dr Oetker pizza which I love!

Robi you sound more cheery, hope your aching whatevers are better now.

I don't believe it, I've been to shops in my light mac jacket, I'd washed and put it into mothballs for the winter. People are wandering round in their jumpers...I'm surprised no one was in a strappy top or shorts, there's always one fool. I did have to have a cuppa and a dizzy pill to give me enough balance to get through the door though...thought I was going to need to start tutting in Iceland but they opened another till and I nipped in pdq...didn't dare turn round, I could feel the daggers in my back :)

Hello all
Very mild here too although grey skies and damp .
I like the video Neti .
Nothing doing here .Will take Christmas decs down shortly but leave the tree for one more night .
Mr S went through the tunnel OK ,but they injected him with something this time rather than that mug of drink he usually has to have .Perhaps because of his waterworks problem .He never asks so I don't get the full story .
Hospital again though on Monday for his Urology check .
Our new calendar is already full of hospital and doctors appts for this month :(

Sorry to hear you have a cold Lofty .This weather is a germ breeder,as my Mum used to say .We need a dry cold snap to kill the germs .Hope you soon feel better and and any other dizzy dames .
