I was recently admitted to A&E with suspected sepsis. While waiting to be booked in a gentleman was arguing, via his interpreter, that he should be admitted because he was suffering with a toothache. If A&E only dealt with those who were in genuine need of treatment and those not suffering from self inflicted drug related
If you welcome Labour opening the floodgates to uncontrolled immigration - which you do - it can’t be that much of a crisis, diddly. No extra burden there then.
sorry posted before I finished. I was going on to say that if those suffering from self inflicted problems such as drug overdose or alcohol related problems there would be more time for those who are in genuine need to be dealt with/
I already blame immigration for the state of our NHS, too many now, time to call a halt. exarmy has it spot on with a foreign speaking man using an interpreter (who pays for that?) thinking he should have priority !!!
ummmm // alcohol related injuries still need to be dealt with.//
Not when those visiting A & E are drunk and disorderly, threatening and abusing staff. My local Infirmary has two police officers on duty 24/7 inside A & E because of this.
I don't think the minor injuries clinic is advertised well enough. When I went there, just off A&E, it was empty. I was seen and treated within 10 minutes.
What party do you need to support to understand this is because of the huge numbers they have to deal with in comparison to the past? Or should I ask what level of intelligence do you need to understand?
ummmm //Drunk and disorderly is different to someone getting a bit tipsy and falling over.//
I agree but they are not the ones likely to cause a problem.
Let's face it the demise of our once great NHS is all down to increasing numbers of immigrants into our country people who have never contributed a penny into it.
