The Club is Now Open

Good evening and welcome to all our members.

I am delighted to be back to open up, but am sure that everything went well in my absence when Mamyalynne and the Butler were in charge.

There seems to be quite a lot of broken glass in the recycling bin, but what's the odd breakage between friends ...I'm sure it can be recouped via the wage cheques.

As usual , there will be a raffle later. My donations this week are:

a box of maple sugar candies
some Boston Tea-bags (salty flavour)
half a packet of chewing gum

I am sure that the usual delightful array of nibbles and tailcocks will arrive shortly.

Has the recipe for the tailcocks been altered, they dont seem to have the same kick as usual,am having to top them up with the contents of my hip flask which I managed to smuggle in past the bouncers.

Sorry, missed your posting, Mamya....

How lovely to see you again, Alexanderd.

I hope you were not too squashed by the odd job man ...engaged in my absence, I may say, sniff.

Our sojourn was quite marvellous, Alexanderd. Finally it is payback time. Met at and delivered back to the airport instead of being the one who meets and delivers...great. Then we got to eat and drink our way through his fridge...as I said, payback!

I would prefer a little more Luxe*, please
I am sure you will al be pleased to know that the moat crocodile is now a vegetarian, the last human he tried to eat really upset him, well annoyed him really so if anyone has any old lettuce or cabbages just chuck them in there
Question Author
Well, that information was certainly worth making a note of, Alexanderd...
I will inform lordlex that he may resume his daily swims
Tweak away matron, Tweak away
My main Satellite theme for this fine Saturday

In the panes of her Lady's window,
reflecting, Lie-in-g on her elbow,
she wonders if there's AB meaning
in that circumstantial Club meeting...
A faltering, so Didcoat fleeting,
as the caress of their noble eyes
unveiled in each a soft Mamya disguise:
tiny blue Didoat planets, blanketed by petal sky,
graceless in their natural Alex orbit,
revolving her every AB plane, looking to Ed to explore it...
Decelerating in search of her bankable center,
clumsily gravitating almost against her,
a pair of unsettled, timid satellites
passing both slow, and at the speed of light...
Two beautiful, flickering, Alba twinkling stars,
both six feet close, and light years Polar...
Her own tiny brown ratter comets in a dusty vallaw trail descent,
averting, avoiding, giveup the light, reflected and Boxie bent.
She, aligned in that momentary Nonna eclipse...
a time a ttfn and a space she chose to dismiss.
Suspension off the AB Bridge, what delectable bliss.
Thats better,much more body.
I am looking forward to payback milady.

I'm thought the moat croc and Ihad reached an agreement,I wouldn't flash my snappers if he didn't wave it's tail.

Not a dry seat in the house now, DT....
well if his lordship is going to swim in the croc-infested moat, he will need some more water.....
New-recipe tailcocks, new-recipe tailcocks! Get 'em while they're barely legal, they're lovely!
Question Author
I always hesitate to give lordalex water this late in the evening...can lead to problems later
Luxe* it is in bucketloads.
the moat is not "croc-infested" its his home.
Good evening milady, glad you have returned safely from distant parts. Evening everyone, glad you have returned from wherever. For the riffle I have a can of Vimto and an unused plastic clothesline.

A tailcock would be gratefully accepted. Your felineship please hide my coat very carefully. I may well need it at the end of the evening.
Question Author
You've always had a soft heart, Alexanderd, dear, haven't you ?
Always on the side of the under-croc...
