Good evening all to our beautifully refurbished club.
Members are asked to be careful of our new paintwork and it would be appreciated if all animals could be restrained, preferably within a handbag or portmanteau.
The whiff of paint will soon fade, meanwhile, we must sympathise with the Queen who has to suffer this olfactory discomfort all the time.
So far for the raffle we have:
2 paintbrushes (hardly stiff at all)
half a bottle of white spirit
2 rolls of masking tape
hic' thank you, my customary pailful will be sufficient, I napped while the llama was at the pit stop so currently I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed!
Not to worry Milady, Carlito is fully versed in how to behave around freshly painted rooms, by the way would that be puce you've used in the downstairs powder room?
Nice.
Good evening all.
To make up for my poor behaviour the other week, I have been to M&S and can offer for the piffle
2 handfuls of those little sockettes they give you to try on shoes,
a bag of yogurt coated peanuts
and a large pack of their frozen cocktail sausage rolls.
Beserk Male Syndrome - Aggressive behavior that males may display at around two years old or even younger. Caused mainly by over-handling by humans when young or by bottle feeding. The male animals looks at humans as peers due to the bonding with humans ranther than other llamas, and becomes very territorial rather than having the respect for humans. An aggressive male can become very dangerous!
Sorry DT, I was cogitating and missed your question. The llama is a boy, his name is Carlito, and he has lovely coloured pompoms in his ears as is traditional in darkest Peru, though he himself hails from the Trossachs, he is also fully house trained and adores to play mah jong, though since his last encoounter with the alleged veggie cros in the moat, he hasn't been able to pick up a tile..........so sad such was the trauma
