Once again, we have reached Friday night
And now wait for Sir Samurite,
To guess how he thinks
Predicting his Links
And score points for getting them right!

This will be the first round in the reign of Sir Samurite and, for yet another week, I have had a remarkably easy time to prepare for the next MM Links Contest. Look out for his first launch, which should take place tomorrow at 8.45am with his four words to be linked being declared at 9.00am.

This week should also see the continued successful return of seekeerz from Oz, who is the gatekeeper for the international version of this same game (called KM Links) and kicks off at the unearthly hour of about 06.30am! Why not try your hand at BOTH games.

This is the first Friday in the month and therefore I have my own Quiz at the local Cricket Club ~ so I'll keep this short. The clock already reads 19.00, so I'd better get this posted for the ramblings of the Shrubbery Squad!

As for me, I am crofter, Keeper of the Rule Book and Sacred Abacus.

Happy Linking!

Nom d'un chien!! I've been re-named, and all this before any alcohol has been consumed in the shrubbery!!

Sorry! I have just been watching "The Last Samuri"!

I thought I eliminated that error!

Truth to tell, I had half a bottle of red wine with my lunch!!

:0(
No apologies necessary crofter, in any case it's a name with more striking possibilities!! :O)

ooh thanks S the links hidden in the bottom of the glass as well thanks
Give a dog a bad name, crofter, (nom d'un chien) and now we will have Sir Samurite striding the streets of Salisbury in an armoured kilt wielding some vicious sword chopping the general populace down to Nipponese height.

Am having terrible problems with AB this evening so if absent it is not through want of trying. Have fun.
Sir Sarumite's little known war-song:

there was a soggy piece of paper in the bottom of the glass
am trying to dry it off now
wine seems to be the main theme
but cannot confirm
Now....as our man from Sarum enjoys most sports, that could be the theme. Rugby might be too obvious though.

Magic Mushrooms...home grown vegetables...as I know he grows certain items in his garden!!

Love the war song Strix ... maybe I should adopt it, should impress the laydees !!

How can I give you hints girls ... when I don't have a clue myself !! ?? Now don't you dare comment on that!!
Hi, have only just come home from visiting son,D in Law and granddaughter. Their 2nd baby is due in 2 weeks.
Have got to feed my dogs so will be back in a short while
As you, like I, prefer rugger to soccer - would the fact that one of my daughter's best friends is Sean Fitzpatrick's niece incline you to tipping me the wink as to your links? They are in touch, almost daily, courtesy of Skype.

Thought not!
Ooohh Strix...name dropping now to get a clue eh?

So who is the most famous person you know or have met?
Hmmm Strix ... a very tempting (if all black) offer, perhaps I shall give you a small hint ... but it will have to be coded so that the others don't see!!

%88** and ~4$z??##

There that's two of them, will need a better offer for the other two!! (S) :O)
I met paulineward recently ... apparently she's quite
(in)famous in Stockport!!
Good evening all. Just dropped in to say hello
