lady alex, shooting pheasants is my favourite pastime, pheasant casserole cannot be be beaten, come round to my place and I will present you with a dish you will not tbe able to resist.

I'm sure I would enjoy peasant food, though. Perhaps you could give us a cookery demonstration one week.....we could rig up the big lounge as a kitchen .....
