I've just registered with a large garden supplies website and when I went to log on this message came up..

Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

Morning all...hallelujah, the sun's shining, it's good to be able to see after days of darkness.
I hate electrics and flying light bulbs are scary. I remember my mum freaking out when one exploded all over the kitchen, just missing us. My electrics trip off at the slightest thing but I suppose that's a good thing.

You were right about the mind changing neti...but I'm afraid the odds are in favour of a no thanks. :(

Jno, I think woofy has a point about not noticing fluttering while you're (gently) busy. When I had a heart problem, 11-12 years or so ago, I noticed it far more sitting at the computer, in fact I started thinking in some weird way that's what caused it. They couldn't decide exactly what caused the problems, possible virus, but over a two year span I got better.
Last night I could hear my heart beating, while I am glad it does, I hate hearing it so had to change positions, daft or what!
Overcast here today and we were going on the beach, we'll do something as cannot stay in again.
Robi, hang on in if you can. If you decide you need to have this done in the future, you will have all the days of panic to go through again. My panic was about having dental implants, the only thing that got me through it and through the door on the day was the thought of all the fear leading up to it and how all that adrenaline would have been wasted if I didn't go through with it.

I know woofy and that's what gets me to go through with other things. I'd be better without all that awful prep business, it scares me as much as the procedure, I know it's debilitating & I've a fear of fainting. Have had a chat with my sister and she says if I'm in that much of a state to leave it and go and talk to my own, older, more empathetic gp. It's hard getting to see him.
Your sis has a point. Are you afraid of fainting or do you think you will faint? My experience of DH doing it is that its not that debilitating provided that you don't expect to do other things at the same time and drink plenty of fluid. We have got a downstairs loo though and that helped a lot.

Afraid of both woofy, if I feel sick I faint (or almost, I lie down on the floor), and vice versa.
Anyway I think I've banged on enough. I can't thank you all enough for all your support, but it's a no.
ok. won't bang on then. Do go and see your own doctor though.....
Hello all
Bright and breezy here .
I can see your point Robinia .Being on your own as well I can understand you being fearful . I'd go back and see your own GP ,put your cards on the table and perhaps he can help you overcome this .
Hi all, so it's not bottoms up for Robi then? Don't you worry, it'll all turn out OK in the end.

Have just been round the island and for the famous omelette lunch at Sta Agnes, it is overcast, and there have been a few raindrops but nothing too much. I took some photos of the fig trees by the road, but not many figs left at the moment but can't work out how to get them on here from phablet.
Am catching up on Our Zoo, which I am really enjoying, and some other weird programme called The Leftovers, which is really strange, not sure if I will continue with it.

Local paper had a test for Alzheimers, and I have all of the symptoms except one!!
Oooh we are expecting some nasty storms this week,, yippee can't wait. There were a few drops of rain today.
Me: So what was the other symptom Neti?
You: I can't remember....

Tee Hee!
Err what are you on about woofy, can't remember
But I can't remember in Spanish as was a Spanish newspaper, I think!!! ;-)
Well, if you want an example of memory loss ..we 've got a family birthday next month. Mr S transferred money for the birthday a week ago and I panicked and ordered a present as well ,only for him to say to me ...sorry I was a month out .The recepient though this was hilarious:)
Afternoon all. Is your OH watching Chelsea v Manchester City Shaney!

Neti - If you can remember that you forgot then there isn't really a problem ... Yet!

Robi it'll soon be over now. I know it's easy for me to say it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be but it really wasn't. It doesn't take hours and there will be someone to talk to you all the time. Thinking about you even though I'm down South rounding off my birthday weekend with trip to John Lewis tomorrow. Love that shop but never have enough money to buy what I would like. Then home on Tuesday to go and see Derby Play at Pride Park. Actually it's the Ipro Stadium but I don't like that name!
Hope you're all ok and I know I can say we're all on your side Robi!
There you go, jude's had it, and it was OK, it's just the fear beforehand.
Oh dearie me, have just opened the biscuit tin and found half a block of Cheddar cheese. Its from the other night when I had digestives and cheese. It is all runny. Hope it'll be OK as cheddar is a luxury here.
