Gmails Won't Send
I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:
"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"
Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.
Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://prod uctforums.go ogle.com/for um/#!topic/g mail/2RPrrWU UYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

That's great news for her Woofy. Some of these hubs are difficult for people to get to, especially in a rural county like ours and you have no transport. We're not in the middle of nowhere but I don't fancy trekking to Norwich and back on public transport.
I read an article in the local press that gave the names of surgeries that were doing vaccines in Norfolk. My brother's surgery was on the list but not ours and he's only ten minutes away so perhaps our surgery might get them soon.Fingers crossed.

Shaney, some local surgeries are grouping together to give vacs and are using local community centres, leisure centres and so on rather than the actual practice buildings. There are two vaccine streams happening, one is through GP's and the other is direct from the NHS at hospitals and at the big hubs, football grounds and so on. Does your surgery have a website? there will be more information there.
Not much info on the website Woofy. It basically says ..Don't call us we'll call you and the three surgeries that make up the practice are all closed anyway.
I'm hoping there will be somewhere more local in the town somewhere if they're not going to do it in the surgeries.I have a job to walk from A to B as it is. I think I'll have a look on the council website and see what they have to say.

good idea! on the NHS covid website there is information about getting transport if you can't drive or walk there. Sis is renting a bloke and his limo to take her, wait and bring her home. He normally does posh airport work but no business right now. She is dubious about cabs as the cabs round her are a bit grubby...not awful, not a problem in good health in normal conditions but she'd rather pay the extra as things are.
I am not sure who your surgery is under, but some info here https:/ /www.no rfolkan dwavene yccg.nh s.uk/co vid-19- vaccina tion-pr ogramme
Aha .. I've just read his letter again and it says that if you can't get to the hub ,which for us is in Norwich, then ignore the letter and wait for your GP surgery to contact you.
I also saw that they are doing vaccines at the hospital which is not that far, only a short taxi ride so with any luck it may be there.

Yes I've seen that one Woofy .It's the same as what was in the local press. Falkland Surgery which is on the list is my brother's one. Ours is The Beaches medical centre.
My brothers were amazed to have been vaccinated so quickly and also had their second doses by the beginning of Jan.I said to them that's because they live in old fogeyland. Got told off for being cheeky:)

I have to say that the taxi firm I use is very good. Spotless taxis and always have been. On my one and only trip to the hairdressers since the first lockdown I was screened off from the driver,a mask was compulsory and he said I must sanitise my hands before getting in the cab.He sanitised his hands before he took my card through a slot in the screen and then we both re-sanitised. I did have a laugh with him though.I said to him that any minute now I expected him to squirt me with Dettol :)
I'm not so much worried for myself Woofy, more for Mr S really as his immune system is compromised although he's been cancer free for a long time now but due to Covid he's not had his yearly scan and the six monthly checks, one for his stoma and one for a look round his insides and you never know what's lurking.Yes, I hope he hears soon.
Night Woofy and all. Sleep tight .

the cabbie we use is good, shaney, but we don't know about any of his colleagues so we try to get him every time. But he seems to be quite busy these days; other people obviously like him too, so if we can't use the car we have to get in quick to book him.
I have to get to the dentist as a crown has ccome off a back tooth and a front tooth I think will have to come out as well (oh dear), because I am knocking back nurofen to keep it quiet, but he's very busy too.
