As I understand it here, if one person posts a reply that is rude or offenseive they can be banned and that is fair, BUT it seems often that a whole thread containing good answers is often removed...

Could people asking questions please answer if they find something worked? I see questions and I see answers and look at the answers and think "hmmmm, might try that" but I am reluctant to do so...
