Babies weights

My new grandaughter was born weighing just over 6lb in April. She got weighed today and is just over 11lb. Isnt that a lot - to have almost doubled her weight in just over 8 weeks?

Oleander shrubs - blackfly

I bought 5 of these shrubs a month ago, and most have flowering buds with a few opened. But yesterday evening I noticed that the buds are covered in blackfly, smothered. I don;t have anything at home...
