Sorry Ed to post here, its naughty I know but I can't think of another way to do it. I love the new skin on the orangedog forum, but I can't get past the first page and that took 3 attempts to load. I tried the memberlist or click on a name link to people's email but can't open them either

If I don't tell you, you will think that you have been deserted....

Just a quick PS, I forgot to say it's knitting I'm talking about. Shaaaaaaaaaaaaney! (cf. "Shaaaaaaaaaaron!")
It's a cross between spring & autumn here with the showers one minute, gloriously sunny the next & yet that 'late on' feel to it all. Foolishly went back outside & now I can hardly move my neck & shoulders. And I don't need fleas, I seem to be permanently itchy. I'm going to strip off & sand myself with a large sheet of extra course in a minute...you have been warned.
ay up Sweedie, I thought I was the only person who laughed at the Osbournes...the best one was xmas when Ozzy was flicking through the tv channels & came to one where they were singing carols...he was fumbling like mad with the remote trying to get them off "F... off!!" hahaha
Ha ha, I'm not sure if I've seen that or if it's just that I'm able to imagine it very vividly:) Couldn't find it on YouTube. I thought this would be it but it wasn't, but I love the laconic way he says "Oh that will do it" here (first few seconds) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Guszd88hka8
CB's coming, Vinny (first reply) http://www.theanswerb...k/Question928779.html
Evening all, doffs hat and bends knees (remember??) Have had a shattering day, didn't have the car so walked to hotel Sol to see sissy, and there had been a big bust up the night before (s-i-l being very drunk) and so we walked to veillage to have aquiet coffe in a chill-out bar (No jno a quiet coffee is not one without slurping, it's peaceful!) and then I walked back with her, had a fizzy water and coffee with the rest of the group with one person missing, then had to walk back home at 2pm in the blazing heat, I was shattered, and then I had to put more washing out, get 2 loads in, make the dinner, so tired.

Hope you are all Ok especially DH and mr s !
Sorry for the typos!
I am informed by an ex-minder that Ozzy when younger was a real sweetie but inclined to hop on motorbikes and zoom off into the countryside without warning.
Am just watching the original version of "Dial M for murder" and Ray Milland looks just like Nick Clegg, should we be worried?
Actually I don't think it's Ray Milland, it's the other one, Robert Cummins, I think!

Yes Neti, you should be worried, but only a bit after the day you've had. Quiet here, I cleaned and DH pottered with his motorbikes. Avon skin so soft dry oil spray is great for itchiness...I know I keep banging on about it bit its just so strange to find a product that is cheap and works...I know what you mean about the late on feel

did you know Dial M for Murder was one of the first 3D films. It hardly used it at all, mainly just the bit where she reaches for the scissors.

Not many people know that.
Oh heck Vinny, they'll be invading your beaches & eating your sprouts if you don't take action
'OK chaps, you've had your prunes, now after three, follow me and let 'em have it....'

Well those were two very contrasting videos, I never made my mind up if I liked Russell H or not but he had some good guests... now I'm watching Peter Ustinov interviews with Parky. This is a great section, the bit near the end about the shooting had me in hysterics..

glad to hear it, I am home and very tired, DH's motorbike alarm kicked off at 03.00 this morning. I got up and dealt with it, waited to see if it would go off again, went back to bed for half an hour then got up and took the dogs out....can you all see my halo??
nighty night
Good moaning... yes I just about see your halo woofy, can you see mine? http://www.chumpyscli...ing_into_a_mirror.jpg

I thought you'd gone for a holiday Jude, whatever one of those is.
Well it looks like it's brightening up so I'd better use my last ounce of energy making the most of it.
Oh look, it's this xmas' must have doll
http://s2.thisnext.co...imension/5342FDF2.jpg
say one thing for that doll, it's got nowhere to have oscopies. And no teeth to go wrong. A fine thing when I feel worse than a doll.

Looking forward to hearing about Jude's lottery win.
<sigh>...well that wasn't very nice, I think I had a low sugar attack, anyone else have them? My own silly fault, I'd not been in the garden but doing other stuff, no mid morning snacks, knew I was hungry but kept thinking 'I'll just do this first...' and I came over all shaky & ga ga. Anyhoo, I've eaten & I'm starting to come back together I hope. I think I'll have a lolling a'noon.
Yes, I get them quite often Robbie. I sort of go really hot and shaky and my legs buckle. I have to cram some sweet food and a drink into myself and it settles down reasonably quickly. A most unpleasant feeling, and usually when I have been busy outside and forgotten to eat.
