bloomin eck..that was a windy ole night...me lights were flickering and the rain was thrashing down.If I was them CB grockles I would cancel me holiday...or go to blackpool instead.:O)some crockles asked me where the bus station was outside superbug this morning...It went up in flames last night...its true..they thought I was making it up..(:O)

(still seems like last week, I remember what I wore, the weather - it was hot - everything. Wish I could remember the real last week).

Fab pics robinia..(pssst some boogers nicked his front wheel)Ive known at least 11 buildings mainly 3 storeys built for gentlemen who retired from the navy in the 1900's that have fell in to disrepair after being used for hotels/retirement homes etc that have been set fire to when planning permission was not granted to turn them into apartments...yep they all ended up as apartments.(:O)

jno I had Hodgkin's disease, cancer of the lymph glands. It was very advanced (ie everywhere) thanks to some abrupt 'no big dealer' of a doc who'd missed sending me for tests some months earlier. Also my own fault though for not going back when other things happened. They didn't tell me at the time that it was so bad & only treated me as a 'try it and see' apparently...horrible, horrible months, I won't tell you what I weighed.
It's funny when I go for check ups, the doctors are so young & when they ask what chemo I had they gasp and peer at me as though they were looking at some sepia horror picture in one of thse old medical books, haha.

Good afternoon biddy friends, that includes you Vinny. I wondered where you had got to. I'm doing this on Note Pad like you suggested Robi so I hope it works this time. Lol at the rubber dress and all those lovely colours.I'm sure we didn't have them in my day or was I missing something.
Robi I also think you are a very brave lady. How scary for you all those years ago but what a remarkable recovery.
Even though it has been raining here I have 'spiked' my grass and put grass seed down. I may be wrong doing it now but hey ho! I have you biddies to thank for increasing my interest in gardening. I know my garden wont be as good as yours
but I'm trying.
Had to go to my bank today to sort out my name on the account would you believe. I had a new Statement in a new format after 30 plus years with them and they spelt my middle name, which I don't mind telling you is Pamela, and they had spelt it Pamilar. If they can get my name wrong what about my cash :~)
Right I'm going to copy and paste this just to see if I'm doing it right then I'll tell you about my away day.
