Dos anyone know where I can get this mail order please, my usual supplier doesn't seem to have any?
Just to be clear, I am not interested in alternates unless they are also a version of Canadian Club, or (and I mean this nicely) opinions on my taste in alcohol.

A'noon all...tis quiet in here. It's been bright but very cold. It seems lighter by the day now, soon be having my tea/dinner before it's dark. I have got light bulbs, but you know what I mean.

Oh I've got a direct line to one taxi firm. If I call from my landline it goes on to automatic voice which says 'If you require a taxi straight away from Robi Towers, press 1' :) There's a new firm down the road now though and they've almost always got a cab available and they're cheaper than many.

Loved Halifax, I'm going to miss it.

Lol Neti ..it was so icy .I usually walk (well hobble) as I need the walk but I didn't want to end up joining Robina in the blue corner :)
I loved Last Tango too .I watch far too much tele and get myself drawn into these sort of programmes and then I sit there analysing the characters ,lol.
Midsomer's on this week ,wonder what the body count will be .

I have eaten and pottered here today and am definitely on the mend but don't tell the bugs. Decided to stay home for another couple of days as it wouldn't be fair to share this around...I would love to "thank" the person who left is somewhere for me to pick up.
I have still got last week's midsomer to watch, I might enjoy it tonight.

Jolly cold here although sunny, I am getting a cold sore on my lower lip, have stuck a Compeed on it which will stop me picking it if nothing else.. Why is there so much on TV on Sundays and Mondays, and nothing on Saturdays?

I just amazed my sis, who also lives in Leicestershire by imessaging her to ask how much snow she had. She was amazed as it wasn't forecast.....the power of the biddynet.

ah, it's that time of year again... when the one-year promotional interest rate on our bank account runs out and it plummets to about nothing, so we have to go in and demand a better one. We have a complicated sweep on our accounts that diverts money from the interest-paying account into the current account to pay bills as needed, but nobody offers this any more, so we dare not switch banks; but don't tell them I said so.

Am having a lazy morning, as am going for lunch at 1pm so will wash my hair in readiness.

Morning all...just had a snow flurry here but the sky looks quite bright. Where my sis is woofy it seems to have a climate all of it's own, they've had much more snow than I have.

Oh for the days of interest...we used to teach our children to save because their money would make money. ha! Probably better off wheeling and dealing on ebaygum.

Lovely sunny crisp day .No more snow although it was forecast by Accu.
Nothing much going on here .Just made a beef casserole and it's simmering in the slow cooker to be served up later with some rib stickers .That's dumplings for non Norfolk speakers.

Up early to get to the Drs to make an appointment. First in the queue. then home and back again for Nine o'clock. Didn't get to see him until 10. Had blood pressure taken. He said it was quite good. Then he hands me a form to have every blood test under the sun. Have to go back after for a results chat whatever that means.
No time to get to Tai Chi so just called in picked my friend up then went to meet the other one for lunch. Home now and have to clean up. Window cleaner just been and informs me the price is going up next year by 50p. It's all 'appenin
