Bless yer Neti.lol It's great how all of you have still got your sense of humour even under the difficulties you have with health.

My BlUUdy car isn't back yet. Didn't make Tai Chi this morning or lunch with my friends. Car man fetching the tyre from the garage in the morning then bringing it back. I will have to still give him a lift to work.

Mind you this afto I was cheered up by 2 very handsome Firemen giving me a fire check. They put me 2 new smoke alarms up which have long lasting batteries and gave me a bit o advice but I was taking most of the precautions they pointed out. They came in a proper fire engine and had to nip off just after they had started to a call-out. Then they came back about half an hour later and finished off giving me the check.
I'm now relaxing with a Baileys coffee with a frothy top done in my gadget! Loverly.

Well I'll go to foot of our stairs .I measured my self or rrather MR S did with a pencil mark on the wall and I'm 5'8" in bare feet which means that I've lost a couple of inches .
My friend Jeannie had those injections Lofty .I don't think it helped a lot as she left it late and her spine was crumbling and of course she had other health problems .
I've just watched the baking programme and that thing about the injured soldiers treking to the Arctic with Prince Harry .It was very good .

Trust you to get a handsome fireman Jude .All I get is the window cleaner and he's missing some teeth :)

I don't know Shaney how much it is normal to lose in height as we get older, and it also depends on the time of day of course, because you can be as much as an inch taller in the mornings.

Anyway, I walk quite a lot (when my feet allow me) which apparently helps to build bone density.

I have noticed that M&S long trousers are a bit too long now, although the regular ones are too short, but I am told that M&S long trousers have got longer.

Oh well, Shaney, we at least we are all getting older together!!

My neighbour is still hanging on, bless her. One very tough lady.

Yes the Rolys don't look fat to me now either, in fact I could join that lot. It's strange that I am always younger in my dreams, and so are Mr N and hija. I do seem to be putting on a lot of weight, have to have a thyroid check up in Oct, but I think it's more my lack of excercise, as it is way to hot to go walking. and the next three days are due to be very hot indeed.

Well the double ring thingy and I did not get on at all! I was scared! I tried to sit in/on it but didn't get too far! Although the pool is not deep, I am still frightened of water!
