Hi again, I ended up really enjoying that walk and did a couple of miles. Very muddy though, although only a very small amount of snow about now. Quite mild and quite bright with some blue sky and no wind. A really nice walk and great to get some fresh air.

What I can't understand is how one day everything hurts and I feel tired out and horrible, IBS, etc. and then the next day I am OK again. I just can't figure it out :o(
Yesterday I slept a lot, today I am fine!!

oh dear Jude, chin up...I'm getting panicky about stupid things that don't even affect me that much, it's the short dark days that make it all worse.
I try & make the most of any days I feel reasonably well Lottie cos I never know what the next one will bring. My eyes hurt today & someone keeps suddenly clouting my effigy round the ear'ole :o)

The elf thing was the elfyourself we've been doing for years btw, nothing drastic.

I'm a bit confused over bits of Corrie, I think I must have had to get up to let Charlie out, or nodded off, but the last I remember was John pulling the curtains around Charlotte who was on a load of machines. Last night she was obviously a gonner.

Robi. Charlotte's parents came to visit whilst John was there so he never got the chance to switch the switch to turn everything off. However, the doctor came and said she was brain dead and they made the decision to let her die and turn off the life support. So that was done legally, luckily for John.

I am now going to try the little elf again. So you may or may not see me soon.

ooerr, I'm having a spooky ole psychic time recently. I nipped to the shops earlier & was looking for a strong carrier I could put in my pocket & couldn't find one. 'Oh booger' thought I, 'I'll have to buy one of those cotton jobs'...well Lo! I just got a free one through the post, haha. Apparently I did a sudoku comp (must have been months ago) & it was my free gift for entering - no main prize tho :o(
And yesterday I heard a friend's voice in my head - ha always calls me Patricia...and he phoned.

I had a night full of nightmares last night. Really horrible ones. I killed one of my attackers (goblins) by sticking a knife down his throat. I was fighting off gangs of weird creatures with knives and I am absolutely paranoid about knives. This attack took place on a house that turned into a boat. I am always dreaming about weird houses and water.



All the dreams were just dreadful and it was a relief to wake up this morning.

hello all, fast pop in, I haven't even read the thread but will later. Sis went home today, we had a lovely time but i am flaked, getting up early with the dogs and staying up late gossiping. We asked her to stay on or come back for Christmas and New Year but she says she likes to be on her own so she declined. When our late Mum couldn't travel, she went and spent every Christmas and New Year with her so I understand her view and believe her..she say she does what she likes, eats what she likes, watches what she likes. Hope all is well with you all, especially Kit and Shaney.
Dh is chugging nicely. Saw another specialist today to see what can be done about the residual bit(s)...apparently there are some treatment options and there is only one small definite area and one maybe but likely not. the tumour is a slow to grow kind and not new tumour(s) but unreachable bit(s). We will hear more by the middle of next week but the guy seemed very positive and not unduly worried, so KBO.

Hi Woofy. Good news for Mr Woof. I understand your sister too. Sometimes travelling is awful over the Christmas break as well. It is nice that you are so understanding.

My Christmases when we first got married were often spent alone as Mr LL had to work - although he did get home at 11.00pm. I prefered to be alone that to go out elsewhere. Home is nice at Christmas and perhaps the best place.

HI All just a quick call in and out. Had lovely meal today Chicken Giglio Romano,...... Pasta with roasted red peppers, Italian cheese sauce, garlic bread and salad. There were 15 of us from Tai Chi.
Just not my day apart from the meal. Just wrote a long email to a friend and accidentally deleted it all except about the last 4/5 lines. gggrrr. Had to type it all again trying to remember what I had written.
Anyway off for my cocoa. Have a good night all of you.

Morning Everybiddy. Raining this morning at 6.30 when I went to paper shop. Off down town with my neighbour friend for lunch today. She's the friend that works at a nursery in the a.m. then goes out to work again for 4.15 in the p.m. so we're going to spend 2/3 hours in town. Don't know if I'll spend anything. Not really in the mood for shopping but you never know, I might just see a top or two ;o)
